Prism Marketing & Communications was formed in 2000 as the direct marketing arm of our manufacturing facility. We recognized a need to produce a customized plaque at an affordable price.

Prism's manufacturing process, starting with the age old process of silk screening for larger quantities of product, to the newest technology of sublimation (turning inks to gas, which impregnate the substrate more1) allowing for small quantity production, are utilized by us.

Today's sublimation process, along with digital images, allows us to offer an unique product, which allows company's/organizations to build brand loyalty and act as perpetual advertising and individuals to commemorate important events (graduation weddings, anniversary's) family, pets, or any special occasion for family and friends as well as yourself.

We offer over 50 years of experience in the manufacturing and marketing of product. We look forward to using our experience to give you the customized plaques most fitting to meet your needs.

1 Sublimation is by definition, a way to permanently imprint a product, using special dyes and toners, along with heat and pressure as a catalyst. The heat turns the special inks to gas, which impregnate through the surface finish (you can still scratch the surface of your material, but the image will remain untouched).

There are other processes, that imitate sublimation, such as Direct Color, System, Wax Transfer and Heat Transfer, which are durable, but not permanent.

How Easy Is It?

  • Prism will design artwork with you to your specifications for plaque/plaques.
  • Develop standard copy to your specifications.
  • Customize variable wording - i.e. name, date, etc.
  • Prism will develop your custom ordering form for easy ordering.
  • NO INVENTORY REQUIRED BY YOU.
  • No cost for all set-up charges on plaques that will be used in an ongoing program (minimum 50 pieces in yearly usage).

What we do

  • We supply 10 x8 wrapped cherry wood finished plaque. (Other options available.)
  • 5 3/4 x 7 3/4 Satin Brass applied. (Others available.)
  • Customized thank-you card (where appropriate).
  • QUALITY PERSONALIZED ROTARY ENGRAVING (UNLIKE LASER ENGRAVING OR REGULAR PRINTING).
  • WE SHIP WITHIN 10 DAYS (Once Program is finalized)
  • Direct shipping to you or your customer.
    • Orders shipped to customers via US mail.
    • UPS will be used for orders shipped directly to you.

  • Prism will include any supplied materials you wish shipped with the plaque at no cost to you. (up to 4 oz.)
